I’m sure we could all cavil about particular points, but I found it a remarkably intelligent presentation for young children. I can’t help but wonder, what do fifth and sixth graders see now? We could spend hours interpreting this in light of the civil war centennial and civil rights movement, but I can easily see how it might spark the imagination of young students.
