    How about adding these books to your list: A SOUTHERN VIEWOF THE INVASION OF THE SOUTHERN STATES AND WAR OF 1861-65, by Samuel A. Ashe, and A GENERAL HISTORY OF THE CIVIL WAR – THE SOUTHERN POINT OF VIEW, by Gary C. Walker. This might give a much needed balance to your library.

      In fact, I have read part of it to help better understand how the veterans themselves remembered the war.
