Also, I, for one, am looking forward to reading your manuscript. You have done a tremendous job with this blog, Kevin. I have learned an enormous amount from you. Thank you for caring enough to put in the time and the hard work necessary to maintain a blog as complex as this one. You have set the template on how it should be done. I nominate you for blog visionary and innovator. That should drive your critics to add something extra to their holiday egg nog, LOL.
