Report from the Road

Having a great time on my 10-day Civil War trek through Tennessee, Virginia and Maryland. Yesterday our trip was covered by the Chattanooga News. Thanks to Sean Phipps for spending some time with the group.

I also learned through the grapevine that my friends with the Virginia Flaggers Facebook Page have taken an interest as well. The comments are hilarious. ๐Ÿ™‚

That’s it for now.

“Levinโ€™s study is the first of its kind to blueprint and then debunk the mythology of enslaved African Americans who allegedly served voluntarily in behalf of the Confederacy.”–Journal of Southern History

Did anyone screencap what was on the Flaggers’ FB page? They’ve taken it down.

I believe they took the post down. I cannot see it.

I guess John Zakrzewski finally took some time out from posting pictures of himself in a Confederate uniform.

Thanks, Pat. It’s exhausting, but I am having a blast.

Looks like they finally realized the potential liability of discussing violence against you on facebook and took that vile thread down.

Never like to see threats of violence like this:
Johnny UnReconstructed Levin has done much damage to the South. He deserves much more than a flagging and/or a flogging.

It’s so impressive coming from a coward who hides behind an alias.

    FB story is gone…so sad

      I can still read it.
